What is the complete list of products I can purchase from *PMH?
*PMH prides itself in designing products that can be enjoyed by customers of all ages! *PMH has designed a series of introductory items which are on sale online and in selected stores. We have a line of t-shirts for ladies and gents silkscreened with original *PMH designs. There is also a canvas tote bag which is perfect to carry laptops, a six pack, etc! For now, *PMH can only offer one design... but depending on sales... there are more to come!
We also have original *PMH designed: stickers, stationary, buttons and silkscreened prints. These prints are signed and numbered (limited edition).
How do I guessimate what will fit?
We have small, medium, and large size shirts for both ladies and gents. We also have x-large for the gents! Since our shirts are 100% cotton and made in the USA the sizes are comparable to other American-made shirts. Small ladies shirts are the best bet for our kid customers or ladies who like fitted Ts. The gents shirts are also a good bet for women who want a long loose fit.

How do I order online?
Its super easy!
- Browse through the site until you find the item you wish to purchase.
- From the product page select the style / size / quantity you'd like and click "Add To Cart."
- You may repeat step 2 by clicking the main navigation on the top of the page (Ladies shirts, Gent Shirts, etc.) and add more items to your cart for purchase. Click "Check Out" when you're finished.
- To purchase items on our site, you need to log in or create a *PMH account. At this point you will be prompted to login or create an account (see our policy page for details!)
- Once you have logged into your account, you will need to 'Verify Your Order' and providing the 'Shipping/Billing Information.' Review all your information again and fill out your credit card info, including the CVV2 number. Then click 'Submit.' You will receive an order confirmation via email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a final email stating so.
How do I return/exchange stuff?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please send back the item(s) for an exchange or credit.
All items must be in the original condition that you received them in. Indicate what you are exchanging and the reason. Please let us know if you would prefer an exchange or *PMH credit.
If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping. Please send the item back to us and include your invoice with the item. We will ship the correct item back to you!
All exchanges must be made within 30 days of placing your orders. We can not accept exchanges after the 30 day period.

In order to process your exchange, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you are exchanging.
How much is shipping? How long will it take?
It depends what and where we have to ship. We will use USPS to ship all items out and therefore, pricing will depend on weight. As we will personally pack each shipment, please allow us time! Shipping within the US will take APPROXIMATELY two weeks after we receive your order... give or take a few days.
Unfortunately shipping will take a wee bit longer and be a wee bit more expensive for our international customers. We greatly value our international customers--thanks!!
Who designs for *PMH? What is 'life here'?
*PMH was started by Chiraag Bhakta back in 2002. Currently all the products in the *PMH store are designed by him as well. But *PMH is always looking for people to contribute an idea, whether a product, a graphic or a contribution to the e-zine (photography, writing, etc.)--we appreicate your input!

What is 'Whats the Samachar?'
'Whats the Samachar' is an e-zine that comes out 3 to 4 times a year. It highlight anything from Indians making a difference in the U.S. to images from the motehrland.
You can get updated on when a new issue arrives by leaving your email address with us either on the contact page or at the bottom of each page in the 'your email' field.
Is *PMH a secure site?
Any personal information given to *PMH will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Threadless.com's server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.
In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, *PMH does not store your credit card information at any time.
To assist you in recognizing secure areas of the PardonMyHindi.com website, a small lock icon will appear in the lower or top right-corner of your web browser. When this icon is present, and in the locked position, you know that information on that page will be secured.
Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.
How do I care for my *PMH shirt?
Our shirts are silk-screened in Brooklyn NYC onto 100% American-made shirts. We recommend that you wash them in cold water inside-out and line dry them to avoid shrinking and increase longevity of the design.
Are there going to be new products soon?
Yes!! New designs are already on the drawing board for the t-shirts, tote bags and much more. We plan to release them depending of course on how our first season sells! Thanks for your interest in our products!
