Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped by USPS. Your order will be shipped within 2 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for your package to arrive. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package. International orders are shipped by USPS Airmail. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges.
Customs
You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. *Pardon My Hindi cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. Customs processing may also cause delays to order delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. For more information on customs and duty charges, please contact your local customs office.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may exchange the item within 15 calender days of receipt. The item must be returned in it’s original condition. No refunds are available. Shipping & handling is not refundable for exchanges and exchanged goods must be shipped back with delivery confirmation.
